 — How to Participate — 

1. Please make sure you have joined the official Discord channel

2. Tap on the user list, find the "Role - Special Guest" on the right, and find Mei. Tap on her name to start DM, then @Mei and send "hi" (please make sure to use lowercase letters). Mei will reply with the event participation details.

Note: If you're unable to send a direct message, go to User Settings > Content & Social > Social Permissions, and enable the direct message feature.

3.  Follow Tree of Savoir: Neo on X or Facebook, @Mei in the DM and upload a screenshot as a proof of follower!

3.1. Please tag @Mei in the DM and upload a screenshot of you following Tree of Savoir: Neo on X or Facebook.

 

3.2. The screenshot you upload must contain your follow information and account login status.

4. Once the verification of the screenshot is complete, you will receive the exclusive Mount code!

 

5. After the official game launch on June 12 (UTC-5), you can enter your redemption code in-game to claim your reward (Please keep your code safe. Note: The redemption code and mailbox features will be available after reaching Lv. 15).

1. This giveaway event is exclusive to Tree of Savior: Neo players. Please make sure to join the official Discord channel.

 

2. Follow the instructions sent via DM by the bot to upload your screenshot. The screenshot must clearly show that you’re following the official X or YouTube account (do not add any extra text). Make sure to @Mei when sending your message.

 

3. Each player may participate in the event and claim a redemption code using only one Discord account.

 

4. Each redemption code can only be used for one game account, and each account can redeem the reward only once.

 

5. Do not share or disclose your exclusive redemption code to others to prevent unauthorized use.

 

6. Redemption codes will become available after the official game launch once your character reaches Lv. 15. Please keep your code safe and follow the in-game instructions to redeem it.
